Free Standard Shipping Within the United States

Thank you for shopping with CILLCDesignz! We carefully package and ship your purchases to help ensure they arrive safely.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders shipped within the United States.

There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If additional processing time is needed, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

We primarily ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders may be shipped using an appropriate USPS service based on package size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service used.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available.

Please note that carrier delays, severe weather, and holidays may affect delivery times.

When possible, we package multiple items purchased in the same order together to reduce shipping materials and simplify delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
